Globalwarming Awareness2007 Tips: How to create your own logo and favicon

I believe webmasters want to have their own logo and favicon for their own websites or blogs. Logo and favicon can make their websites or blogs look different and unique. Here are my tips how to create your own logo and favicon.

Creating Globalwarming Awareness2007 Logo
Use your MS-Excel. Click Insert | Picture | Clip Arts and choose the suitable picture. Right click the picture and activate Show Picture Toolbar. Modify it if needed. Or you can make your own picture using AutoShapes | Lines | Curve. Then click Insert | Picture | WordArt to add some words to your modified picture. Then click Select Objects arrow, range those pictures, right click, choose Grouping and Group. Now you have a new single picture.

Then open your Paint program. Copy - paste your new picture into Paint. Resetting or adding colour to make up your picture. Then save as BMP file. The last step is open your BMP file using Adobe Photoshop CS. Resize it to get a smaller size, then save as JPG file. Now you have your own new logo. See my globalwarming awareness2007 Valentine logo for example.

Another way to have a logo is by scanning an interesting picture from your books or photos. Then resetting it as I mentioned above. See my globalwarming awareness2007 logo below:

Globalwarming Awareness2007 News: Valentine Day History
There are varying opinions as to the origin of Valentine’s Day. Some experts state that it originated from St. Valentine, a Roman who was martyred for refusing to give up Christianity. He died on February 14, 269 A.D., the same day that had been devoted to love lotteries. Legend also says that St. Valentine left a farewell note for the jailer’s daughter, who had become his friend, and signed it “From Your Valentine”. Other aspects of the story say that Saint Valentine served as a priest at the temple during the reign of Emperor Claudius. Claudius then had Valentine jailed for defying him. In 496 A.D. Pope Gelasius set aside February 14 to honour St. Valentine.

Gradually, February 14 became the date for exchanging love messages and St. Valentine became the patron saint of lovers. The date was marked by sending poems and simple gifts such as flowers. There was often a social gathering or a ball.

A Valentine Logo from my globalwarming awareness2007 blog
Today I create a logo for this special Valentine Day. Next time I will tell you how to create logo and favicon. Here it is:

In this Valentine Day - from my globalwarming awareness2007 blog - let us remember the Word of GOD:

“And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him” (1 John 4:16 NKJV).

So he answered and said, “ ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.’” (Luke 10:27 NKJV)

With doing those we can make a Valentine Day becomes a special and blessed day. With love we can also do better actions for globalwarming awareness2007 :)

However, according to the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency (BMG), the rainy season has not yet reached its peak. “There is a probability of heavy rain up until the end of February,” said a member of BMG’s Public Meteorology Information staff.

Therefore, there could be more flooding in the capital city again.

The post-flood rehabilitation process has been going on in Jakarta, including the cleaning-up of rubbish and mud in many places. (reported by MES for globalwarming awareness2007)
